“In a time of huge personal challenge Bean was a shining light. She walked with me all the way, allowing me to realise that I had the power and the confidence to make the right changes to live the best life possible. Working with Bean was a very happy time. I discovered things about myself and new ways of thinking that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Everyone should get to experience Bean at least once in their lives!”
Siobhan Greene | Executive Producer, Sony Music
“Bean is one of the most effective, understanding and ‘tough when she needs to be’ coaches out there. But it’s that ‘no bullshit’ approach that I needed to change my life. I will love her until the day I die for what she did for me.”
Jack Osbourne | TV Presenter
“The coaching that we received from Bean was superb. I and the team here at Adidas, continue to benefit both in our personal and business lives.”
Ben Ashlin | Director of Adidas Eyewear
“She is great at what she does. A professional and effective approach for anyone who wants to leave troubles behind and take new steps forward, with any area of life! When it comes to fine tuning thoughts and battling your fears, I can honestly say nothing I have ever tried beforehand has done what Bean’s behavioral change did for me in a couple of sessions. My work and personal life has improved. I am able to feel calmer, sleep easier and overall feel more at ease.”
Charlotte Dorman | PR Manager for Solgar Nutrition
“Seeing Bean is both fun and enjoyable. She always answers every health question I have - before I’ve asked it!”
Alexander Langlands Pierce | London restaurant Owner

Bean Sopwith is a founder and chief director of The Body Alchemist.
Her work over the last ten years has been based in Nutrition, Lifestyle and Behavioural Change consulting, with an emphasis on specialist weight reduction processes. Bean was part of the duo that coached Jack Osbourne to lose ninety pounds and climb one of the world’s toughest rock faces for the hugely successful TV series, Adrenaline Junkie.
Whether she is consulting high powered CEO’s or professional athletes, overweight mums or chronically ill patients, Bean proposes that health is more than the absence of disease, and that each individual has an innate capacity to heal themselves. Her direction for The Body Alchemist is to offer training and experiences to each client so that they can tap into their own healing mechanisms and take full responsibility for gaining their ultimate health.
Bean and The Body Alchemist team are all a little addicted to creating Change for their clients so that they get to have their own lives just how they’d like them to be.
